CEO Scott Gingold and President Denise Gingold founded the company in 1993, to offer turn-around advice, executive counsel, and successful strategies for boosting employee performance, cost savings and business growth.
After noting that many of the clients served by their consulting business had been using antiquated, snail-paced methods to collect data, Scott and Denise knew there had to be a better way to retrieve such information. This realization led them to develop a full-service market-research firm offering individualized, fast, online and offline data-collection services.
The Gingolds are joined by an energetic, hard-working, loyal staff of PhD-level market researchers, computer scientists, statisticians, customer-service representatives, technical support engineers and database administrators that have been with them since Powerfeedback’s inception.
