The Powerfeedback Team
Few companies can boast a team like Powerfeedback's, nor find a more positive client satisfaction record. As a pioneer in the realm of online surveys and research dating back to the early 90's, Powerfeedback has the experience, credibility, talent, tools, and people to meet, and in fact, exceed our clients' expectations.
CEO Scott Gingold and President Denise Gingold founded the company in 1993, to offer turn-around advice, executive counsel, and successful business strategies for boosting employee performance, cost savings and business growth.
Powerfeedback is a Division of Successful Strategies company and although they started out primarily as a business consulting firm, after noting that many of the clients served by their consulting business had been using antiquated, snail-paced methods to collect data, Scott and Denise knew there had to be a better way to retrieve such information. This realization led them to expand their business intelligence data collection capabilities. They now incorporate full-service market-research capabilities offering individualized, fast, online and offline data-collection services to their proven business strategy and business solutions firm. These unique approaches to the business intelligence gathering process allows Powerfeedback to not only diagnose the underlying conditions but to prescribe affordable business solutions and a customized business strategy to reverse negative business trends and improve their clients' business bottom line.
The Gingolds are joined by an energetic, hard-working, loyal team of Ph.D. level market researchers, computer scientists, statisticians, customer-service representatives, technical support engineers and database administrators that have been with them since Powerfeedback's inception.
