Foreseeing the changes ahead, Scott Gingold launched powerfeedback.com.

Though acceptance was slow at first, once proof of concept was established there was no stopping the power of providing surveys online. Not one to rest on his laurels, Scott and his team devised new ways to more effectively conduct field interviews and intercepts, to better organize information collected from open-ended questions, and developed innovative tools to combine online qualitative and quantitative research. In 2006 Scott renamed the company to Powerfeedback to better reflect all of the company's online and offline capabilities .
